This year MSE introduces MERRY MARKET, benefiting the Arkansas Women’s Business Center. True to the name, Merry Market will offer a wide variety of jewelry, clothing, seasonal items, children’s books, holiday treats, handmade crafts, and much more. With the addition of temporary vendors, pop-up shops and downtown merchants, one is sure to find the perfect gift for everyone on their list. Merry Market is set for Saturday, December 4 from 10am - 5pm on Washington Street; admission is $5 and includes a “passport” to be stamped by downtown businesses and Merry Market vendors. Passports will be turned in for a Grand Prize drawing. Shoppers will receive a ticket for door prize drawings throughout the day; which you must be present to win.
GRAND PRIZE
With your $5 paid admission, Merry Market attendees will receive a “Passport” and a numbered ticket.
The “Passport” is to be stamped everywhere that you make a PURCHASE during Merry Market on Saturday, Dec 4 from 10am-4pm.
Stamps can be from vendors at the event, or at a Downtown El Dorado business. STAMPS ARE ONLY FOR PURCHASES. ONE STAMP PER PERSON, PER BUSINESS. You DO NOT have to be present for the grand prize drawing to win. You will be contacted via phone if you win!! You will be asked to show receipts from the day to verify that all “stamps” you received did in fact equal to a purchase.
Return you Passport to the entrance of Merry Market that is closest to you (Elm or Main) BY 4PM ON DEC 4!!!
Patrons that got 5 or more stamps will be put into a drawing for the GRAND PRIZE DOWNTOWN EL DORADO SHOPPING SPREE!
The numbered tickets are for door prizes that will be given out throughout the day. You MUST BE PRESENT at the time of these drawings to win.

Need a little pick-me-up while shopping?! Visit our cozy, Snack Bar to enjoy complimentary snacks, a hot cocoa bar, apple cider and cookie bar! Snacks are being catered by Martha Barrios and the Cider and Cookie bar is catered by The Olde Towne Store.

LifeShare will be at Merry Market doing a replenishment drive in honor of local teen, Marie Reynolds who has been battling a rare form of anemia amongst having other health issues for the last several months.
